Morning Class

So, I'm sitting next to Leslie and she is starting already. I think this is going to be some class. Just joking Leslie. I am visiting an old friend today, Kathleen. We have been friends since high school. I can't wait to see her. I've missed too much time with her and her son. It should be great catching up. I am actually hoping the impending Noreaster is soooo bad, that I have to stay an extra day. Anyway, I am thrilled to have the week off, looking forward to relaxing and finishing up some work for school, Montclair and Marygrove. Can't wait to see Dina's baby, Jenna. She is getting big.

My daughter Melissa is going on a class trip to Washington DC. She is really looking forward to spending time away from home and with her friends. Hopefully she will behave herself and there will not be any nonsense at the hotel.

Ok. Back to class.

I'm so envious of you right now...not really. But if I really were it would be because you have finished your paper and I am still hashing mine out. It is almost 3AM and I've been working on this thing since yesterday. I thought I had a clear cut idea of what I wanted to say and the direction I was taking it, but I'm a little...not confused, but confused. HAHAHA Anyway, doing the paper has taken my mind and attention off all the news coverage related to the horrific Va Tech tragedy. Awful...just awful.

I JUST finished my paper. You know I'll bring it to school tomorrow for you to read. Today, I got excited about going to Staple's to buy a new USB hub and a new mini-drive. I also emailed my "buddy", Koree and "attached" my paper. I get so excited about things that other people take for granted. I'll put my paper on my drive and bring it in tomorrow.
(afterthought)
You know what...I'm going to call you for your email address. I'll email my paper to you because tomorrow will be the first day back and who knows how the kids will be. (I know I shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition. HAHAHA

Hope you enjoyed your week off. We had a bit of a flood in all that rain and two of my all time favorite suits got wet (I hope they are not ruined). One I've been waiting over 20 years to fit into, again and the other (if it's salvageable) I think I can wear now.)
